- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons prepared wasabi
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped garlic
- Pepper to taste
- 1 baguette, sliced in half lengthwise and toasted
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 2 bunches of watercress
- 1 pound sliced roast beef
Stir together yogurt, wasabi, garlic and pepper. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
To assemble each sandwich, layer tomatoes and watercress on baguette, then stack beef on top. Generously top with wasabi sauce, top with other half of the baguette and then cut the sandwich into thirds.
