- 8 fresh ears corn
- Oil of choice
- 6 stalks scallions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
Combine scallions, vegetable oil and salt in a microwave-safe bowl; microwave for 1 minute.
Shuck and clean corn. Rub with oil and grill over medium heat to desired doneness.
Finish by liberally rubbing the grilled corn with this flavorful oil.
