- 1/2 cup chopped dried mango or 1 cup chopped fresh mango
- 4 cups pineapple-coconut juice
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
If using dried mango, soak it in the juice until softened. Place juice, mango and strawberries in blender and combine.
Optional add-ins include ice, protein powder and/or chia seeds.
Pour into cups, garnish with strawberry and enjoy!
