- 1 naan bread (any flavor)
- 1/2 cup prepared tandoori sauce (or any curry sauce)
- 1 cup cooked and cubed meat, like chicken, or veggies
- 3/4 cup shredded paneer cheese (you can also use queso fresco, feta, goat cheese or mozzarella)
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Spray a baking sheet with pan spray or rub lightly with oil.
Place naan bread on baking sheet and top with sauce, then meat or veggies, and then cheese.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is bubbling.
