- 4 strips bacon
- 12 pitted dates
- 12 almond-stuffed green olives (available in our Olive Bar)
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cut each bacon strip into three pieces. Gently cut a one-inch slit down side of each date.
Insert an olive. Wrap a piece of bacon around each date and secure with a toothpick.
Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
Place dates on foil, slit side down.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through, until bacon is crisp and browned.
Remove from oven and place on a paper towel to drain. Serve warm.
