Roasted Mushrooms with Sage and White Wine

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds assorted mushrooms, cleaned and cut into bite-size pieces
  • 3 shallots, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 5 bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix together all ingredients in a large bowl to thoroughly coat. Place in an ovenproof dish and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
