- Prepared naan bread - your favorite flavor
- Favorite pizza sauce, white sauce, pesto or salsa
- Favorite pizza toppings - mushroom, onions, peppers, olives, sausage, pepperoni, chicken, pineapple, Canadian bacon, etc.
- Shredded cheese
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Spread 2-3 tablespoons of sauce on naan.
Add toppings and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake on a sheet pan for about 10 minutes or until warmed through and cheese is melted.
These are great packed cold in lunches the next day. Alternatives: Try topping with scrambled eggs, cooked sausage, bacon, cooked diced potato etc. Sprinkle with cheese and bake as above for a breakfast pizza. Toppings can be cooked ahead and stored in refrigerator for breakfast in minutes. Breakfast topping can also be placed in a tortilla, and warmed in microwave.
