- 6 large eggs, separated
- 1/2 cup unflavored whey protein powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon each onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika
Preheat the oven to 325°F.
Grease a 9-by-5-inch loaf pan. Whip the egg whites until very stiff. Slowly fold in the protein powder, salt and any seasonings, if using.
Fill the prepared pan with the mixture and bake 40-45 minutes until golden brown.
Let cool completely before cutting.
