  • 1 1/2 pounds medium raw peeled and deveined shrimp
  • 4-6 ounces jerk sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 1/2 cups prepared mango or pineapple salsa
  • 8 Hawaiian hot dog buns or buns of choice, toasted
  • Oil


Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium-high heat. When oil is hot, add shrimp and sauté until almost cooked, about one minute.
Season shrimp lightly with salt and pepper. Add jerk sauce to the pan and heat through. Divide shrimp evenly between toasted buns, about 5-7 shrimp per sandwich. Top each sandwich with pineapple salsa and shredded cabbage.
