  • Pizza dough
  • Handful fresh basil
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup roasted garlic
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 cup crispy pancetta
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese


Preheat oven to 425°F.
If using a pizza dough ball from our Deli, divide in half and roll out two 12-inch pizzas. Place on oiled metal pan or hot pizza stone.
Spread sauce or olive oil and add toppings and cheese. Bake 12-15 minutes, until crust is golden brown.
