- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic (or substitute garlic powder)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
- 2 tablespoons flax oil
- 4 ears of corn, shucked
- Salt to taste
Combine garlic, spices, and flax oil. Grill, steam, or boil corn until just cooked. Brush with flax sauce and season to taste with salt.
