- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 pound ground sausage
- 2 (13.5-oz.) cans coconut cream
- Green curry, to taste
- Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon arrow root powder
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add onion and garlic and sauté until golden brown.
Add sausage and stir occasionally until well browned and cooked through.
Add coconut cream and stir until warm. Add green curry, salt and pepper to taste.
Gently sprinkle arrow root powder into warm gravy and whisk to thicken.
Serve over rice, biscuits or toast.
