Caesar Linguine with Shrimp and Broccoli

  • 1 (16-oz.) package dried linguine
  • 1 pound broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 pound medium shrimp
  • 1/3 cup plus 2 tablespoons Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup shaved or grated Parmesan cheese


Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add linguine and cook according to package directions. During last three minutes of cooking, add broccoli florets. Drain linguine broccoli combination and pour into a serving bowl.
In the meantime, dry shrimp with paper towels. Heat sauté pan to medium and add 2 tablespoons Caesar dressing.
When warm, add the shrimp and cook 3-4 minutes until pink and opaque. Add cooked shrimp to linguine bowl.  Add remaining dressing and toss to coat. Top with Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
