- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 1 (8-oz.) container ciliegine mozzarella (cherry size)
- 1 ripe avocado, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped or torn fresh sweet basil
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Our Own Almost Everything Spice *
- Salt and pepper to taste
Drain mozzarella from brine. In a large mixing bowl, add rinsed tomatoes and drained mozzarella.
Add olive oil, Almost Everything Spice and basil and mix to coat.
Gently incorporate chopped avocado.
Season to taste.
