The 56,500-square-foot Central Market Mill Creek opened in 2004 in Mill Creek Town Center, a vibrant center of restaurants, services and shops.

This market offers the best of the two previous Central Markets (Shoreline and Poulsbo), and turns it up a notch. The giant Produce Market, where local is emphasized, feels like a farmers’ market, complete with mountains of fresh conventional and organic fruits and vegetables.

The Seafood Market includes tanks full of live crabs, oysters, fish, clams and lobsters. Near all those, the Culinary Resource Center kiosk is the scene of cooking demonstrations, recipes developed by the culinary staff and product samplings.

The Deli is something special. Staffed from 7 am to 8 pm, it offers a vast selection of specialty foods and plenty of self-serve bars – antipasto, vegetarian entrées, soup, salad, cold entrées – and a large hot case and a long cheese wall to ensure there is plenty to choose from and/or discover no matter your tastes.
