Top a block of feta cheese with sun-dried tomato pesto or olive tapenade (all ingredients available on our Antipasto Bar). Bake at 425˚F for 15-20 minutes until soft and spreadable. Serve warm with bread or crackers or pita wedges.

Mae Ploy sweet chili sauce
Raw peeled, deveined prawns
Toasted coconut flakes
Combine equal parts chili sauce and marmalade and toss prawns to coat. Bake at 375F for 8-10 minutes, or until cooked through. Top with toasted coconut flakes.

Our Own Cranberry Sauce
Brown a package of mini sausages in a lightly oiled sauté pan. In a separate bowl, combine 1 cup cranberry sauce and 1/4 cup mustard. Add cranberry mixture to sausages and warm through. If sauce seems too thick, add a few tablespoons of water.

Slice dates lengthwise, remove pits. Stuff with blue cheese. Top with a smoked almond and drizzle with balsamic reduction.
Hot Bean and Rosemary Asiago Dip
As easy and delicious as it gets! Serve with bread or crackers and satisfy your guests
Rosemary & Olive Oil Asiago
Drain 1 can of white beans. Mash with a potato masher or pulse in a food processor to make a chunky purée. Add about 1/4 cup water — just enough to achieve dip consistency. Toss with 1/4 pound shredded Asiago cheese. Transfer to an oven-safe dish and bake at 400˚F until browned and bubbly, about 8-10 minutes.

Our Own Italian Sausage
Your favorite sauce
Roll bulk Italian sausage into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 375˚F for 10-15 minutes, or until cooked through. Heat sauce of choice and coat meatballs well. Serve hot. Be adventurous! Try Indian simmer sauce, Korean barbecue or spicy ketchup.
Chimichurri Party Bread
Expect everyone to gather around this until it’s gone! Serve with plenty of napkins.
Macrina Bakery Casera
Our Own Chimichurri Sauce
Slice a large loaf of Macrina Casera bread into 1-inch slices, leaving the bottom intact. Turn and slice across for a cross-hatch pattern. Place on baking sheet with a small ball of foil underneath to help it “bloom.” Drizzle generously with melted butter and Our Own Chimichurri Sauce. Bake at 400˚F for 7-10 minutes, until warmed through.
Butter Rum Pecans

Heat Harvey’s Butter Rum Batter in skillet over medium heat until bubbly. Add pecan halves and stir until just coated. Cool on a baking sheet.

Mini pastry shells
Fill each mini pastry shell with lemon curd and top with whipped topping. Garnish with one or two fresh blueberries. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Can be made 1-2 hours ahead, garnish just before serving.
