- 8 Central Market fresh tortillas
- 1 (16-ounce) tub cream cheese
- 1 (16-ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce or your favorite cranberry sauce, chutney or relish
- 1 pound thinly sliced roasted turkey
- 2 handfuls arugula
Spread 4 tablespoons cream cheese on each tortilla. Top each with about 4 tablespoons cranberry sauce, then add turkey slices. Divide arugula between each tortilla and roll up. Skewer wraps in 2-3 places with toothpicks and slice on bias for a really easy appetizer.
