Peach Salsa

  • 4 cups peeled and diced peaches
  • 1/4 cup minced cilantro
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded, ribs removed and minced
  • 1/4 cup minced sweet onion
  • 1/4 cup finely diced red bell pepper
  • Juice of one lime
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • Pinch salt


Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.

This salsa is great with chicken, pork and fish.
