  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 (8 ounce) salmon fillets
  • Lemon wedges


Whisk together soy sauce, maple syrup, pepper and salt.
Pour over salmon and marinate for 30 minutes.
Remove from marinade. Place flesh-side down in a hot skillet or grill for about 2 minutes or until browned.
Flip fish and cook skin-side down for about 10 minutes, or until firm to touch. Serve with lemon wedges.
