  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup half-and-half
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh chives
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (13.75 ounce) can artichoke hearts, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Baguette or crackers to serve


In a food processor or blender, mix cream cheese, mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire, mayonnaise, half-and-half, chives and salt and pepper until smooth.
Stir in artichokes.
Pour into a 9-inch baking dish and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Let sit for 15 minutes before serving.
Serve with a baguette or crackers.
