- 2 (5-ounce) cans tuna, drained
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped sweet onion
- 2 tablespoons dill pickle relish
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped celery
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
Mix first five ingredients together in a small bowl until well combined. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Spread on eight pieces of white or whole wheat bread or fill four pita pockets or tortillas. You can also serve it on a bed of butter lettuce with crusty bread or crackers.
