Broiled Nectarines and Peaches with Marcona Almonds

  • 1/2 cup chopped Marcona almonds (Bulk Foods)
  • 4 cups peeled, sliced peaches or unpeeled, sliced nectarines
  • 1/2 cup chopped dried apricot
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • About 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese


Preheat broiler.
Combine almonds, nectarines or peaches, apricots and sugar in a large bowl, tossing gently to coat. Arrange in a single layer on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
Broil 5 minutes or until the mixture is lightly browned.
Top with a dollop of cheese.
